Making the farm more accessible for all
Thanks to the Mass Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program, we’ve been able to offer more workshops and programming here at the farm at low or no cost—helping open the gates a little wider for our community.

We believe that connecting with the land, learning new skills, and gathering in community shouldn’t be limited by income.

This support allows us to welcome folks from all walks of life to share in the experience of the farm—getting hands in the soil, learning together, and growing something meaningful.

In March, we joined a room full of inspiring creatives—all making the most of these opportunities.

Our executive director, Jeannette McGinn, and board member and local artist, Jacqui Orphanos, represented us with pride.

It’s about access, equity, and making space for everyone to belong here.
Have you gotten a ticket to one of our upcoming farm workshops yet?

We’re so grateful to be part of a program that helps make this possible.

A quiet check-in with the garlic
After a long winter tucked beneath the soil, our garlic is beginning to stir again.

These hardy little plants have been out here all season—rooting down, weathering the cold, and gathering strength in the stillness.

Visiting them now is a reminder: deep growth happens quietly, below the surface, before it becomes visible. The foundation of a thriving season is built long before it’s seen.

We brushed back the layers, took a closer look, and found them right where they’re meant to be—green shoots reaching up, roots holding firm.
Winter-grown, spring-ready 🤎

Episode 2 of the Cultivator Podcast is LIVE 🎙️🌱
This one’s special.

We sat down with two guests who’ve been part of the farm’s journey from early on—helping document its growth and tell its story through their creative mediums.

Huge thank you to Debby Eskenazi and Emily Cooper for taking the time to share their experience volunteering on the farm and bringing its story to life through their creative passions.

It’s a conversation about storytelling, community, and what it means to capture something as it evolves in real time.
