An FOIA has been sent off to Mr. Martin regarding mask and vaccine conversations had within PRPS since 1/1/2020. Do we have any parents with time to help us go through everything once it is received? This will allow us to have the most informed approach at the meeting on the 13th

Parents should know that the school will submit their special report for current head count for 2022/2023 funding on September 10, 2021. The final report is due November 1st, 2021. If you are considering pulling them out I'd encourage you do it before the first date. Our kids are worth 12K a piece MINIMUM. And they have to be in school to get the funding. Why do you think it's SO important they keep the kids in school?

I just want to take a moment to inform everybody what this page is about. As you all probably know, last night the school board voted to impose a mask mandate on our children. This page is not for arguing for or against masks, vaccines, etc. This page is for people who understand that the school board has no legal right or authority to impose such a mandate. This is a violation of our individual liberties, and right as parents to choose what's best for our children. I spoke to Story Law Firm (the firm representing Bentonville parents) today about the legal actions we as parents can take against the school board and district. He told me the board made a "quasi resolution by a governmental body" meaning they dont have the authority to enact such a mandate. He said he would gladly file suit on behalf of parents willing to sign on, the cost is $8500. My question is, would you as parents want to chip in to fund the suit, or continue working as individuals? Please let me know your thoughts on this.
