Here I am this morning, worn and weary YET thrilled and overjoyed by the PAROLE DENIAL for my big brother Michael’s remorseless murderer by an unanimous 8-0 vote of the Colorado Board of Parole. What makes this extraordinary victory for JUSTICE even more stunning is that the Colorado Board of Parole granted parole to four (4) murderers serving LIFE SENTENCES in 2025. This highlights the mountain we had to faithfully climb and miraculously overcome. THANK YOU AGAIN for your support, encouragement, letters, and prayers. Over 10,000 Americans supported our spirited FIGHT FOR JUSTICE. You are intrepid GOOD SAMARITANS and loving SIMONS OF CYRENE. We could not have prevailed without you. PLEASE invest three to five minutes in a brief email beseeching the Colorado Parole Board to DENY PAROLE for the surviving murderer of our Halcyon Chairman’s beloved big brother Michael. Forty two (42) years ago, Anthony Fiorella, DOC #49473, agreed to serve a LIFE SENTENCE to avoid the death penalty. His 11th parole hearing is this Tuesday, July 15th when he will passionately insist the unrepentant murderer serve the entire sentence he agreed to serve. Thank you for any action and/or prayers you may bring to bear for this truly noble quest. May God bless and protect you and your beloved family and friends. P.S. Michael was just taking an innocent walk in Colorado Springs when the merciless perpetrators kidnapped him, beat and tortured him, then ultimately drove him high into the Colorado Rockies where they butchered him. It remains one of the most gruesome single murders in the history of the State of Colorado.
