This morning, Church Community Housing Corporation officially cut the ribbon on the Ade Bethune House and Portsmouth Senior Center!

This transformational project brings 54 age-restricted affordable homes for older adults, in addition to a brand new senior center. It is named in honor of the late Ade Bethune, a world-renowned artist, social justice advocate, and founding board member of CCHC.

Congratulations to Church and all of the partners involved in bringing this project to fruition!

Rhode Island is at a pivotal moment. As housing costs rise and more families struggle to find an affordable place to call home, we have an opportunity to invest in solutions.

The Housing Network of Rhode Island supports Question 2! This $120 million affordable housing and homeownership bond would expand access to affordable homes, create homeownership opportunities, and strengthen communities across our state.

Congratulations to Women's Development Corporation on this morning’s groundbreaking in West Warwick!

183 Washington Street will transform a vacant former furniture store into 30 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) homes for people experiencing homelessness, plus space for supportive services and two commercial suites. We’re so excited to watch progress unfold here!
