CORE Success Programs by CDI CDI focuses on initiatives in urban and immigrant communities that will promote successful youth outcomes through strategic community partnerships.

Our organization was founded to help change the lives of youth and families residing in urban and immigrant communities. Many of these families consisting of immigrant and first generation youth, find themselves in situations that provide little access in areas of education, personal development and related resources. Our team is dedicated to working with other organizations to provide for youth a

nd families all of the resources and support to help identify a clear pathway for success in all areas. We plan to provide support for youth and families mainly through our partnerships with the organizations and programs currently servicing the community. Our CORE Success projects are an avenue for connecting with youth and the community as we go about carrying out our mission. As an organization, the ex*****on of our CORE Success programs will come about through our work with schools, community programs, local businesses and organizations to provide educational resources and support where needed. Our programmatic efforts with CORE Success are dedicated to community engagement endeavors aimed at uniting community members in a positive setting, and in a way that will promote holistic development and growth among youth. In the long term, we hope to see youth reaching their goals and embarking on a pathway to success that will also benefit the community in the long term.

Nu meste nhos apoio!!! Nos intencao e pa apoia programas na comunidade ki ta trabadja ku crianca e jovem ki ta vive na Pawtucket, Providence e varias cidades na Rhode Island. Nu ta spera nhos dia 21 di Maio na CACD. Nu meste kel apoio!

Our organization’s main objective is to partner with small community organizations and youth programs to assist them in executing their mission and goals around youth development. Our work can only maintain a high level of success with the support of community members through volunteerism, donations and general support.
Come support us by attending our Fundraising Dinner on Saturday, May 21st at the Cape Verdean American Community Development (CACD) center, which is located at 120 High Street in Pawtucket, RI. The tickets to the event are $20.00 each and all proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly towards our efforts to execute organizational goals and objectives. We hope to see you there!
