Our goal is to empower children so they will be more successful in school and life. This is important to do as children the have social emotional competencies in early childhood predict long-term outcomes such as higher educational attainment, employment, mental health, and reduced criminal involvement.

I may be the founder but The Empowerment Factory is a community of people coming together to help other and I hope you will join us in our efforts to build a better future for us all by empowering the children of today.

We want to let you know that we are moving tonight's Art in the Park indoors to our main headquarters at the Hope Artiste Village 999 Main Street hallway. This free program is geared towards children and their families grade K-5. We will tell jokes, do our "mindful moments", read a book and make some art. Tonight we will read Peter Reynolds, " Say Something" and do some printmaking. Hello people - Please vote yes to #5 on November 5th.

Passage of Question 5 will authorize the state to issue bonds of $10 million to continue the Cultural Arts and Economy Grant Program administered by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts, which has supported capital projects at more than 60 arts and cultural organizations through previous bond initiatives. Approval of Question 5 would provide additional RISCA matching grants as well as support for specific capital projects at the Newport Contemporary Ballet, Tomaquag Museum and Trinity Repertory Company.

Besides voting YES ON 5 on Tuesday, November 5, here are two easy ways you can support this effort TODAY!
