We (the Green Infrastructure Center) are partnering with the City to offer free yard trees as part of the program. Our staff will coordinate directly with property owners and renters (if they have permission from their landlord) to purchase and plant the trees for them!

oin us for a community workshop focused on soil health, safe gardening practices, and environmental health awareness. Participants will learn about the importance of healthy soil, how contamination impacts gardens and communities, and practical strategies for safer urban growing. Free soil lead testing will be available for community members who bring a soil sample from their yard or garden. Soil sample collection directions are attached!
