*Please bring your sacks or reusable bags when you come to the pantry.
*Our new phone number is 217-860-7244.
*We are asking that anyone needing a delivery to first find a ride. Our volunteers are busy with filling orders in the pantry and cannot stop to deliver orders. Please call us if you have a concern about our new policy.
*We appreciate your patience during the very busy past 2 months!

The Pawnee Food Pantry will be open Monday from 11am till 2pm along with the Christmas shop.This will be the shops last day.Merry Christmas and thanks for your donations.

We have one more Monday for our Christmas shop. Dec 23 11 till 2. We had 28 families Monday. We have plenty of nearly new toys and gifts .we are still accepting new toys sox gloves hats. Low on men and boys.

The Pawnee Food Pantry is in need of personal products. soap, laundry and dish,and bath,shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, paper towels.

In reply to your request .the Christmas shop will be open thru Dec 23rd. We are still accepting toys and gifts.We have the same hours as the pantry. 11am till 2 pm. Every Monday. We will have evening hours the 16 5 30 to 7 30.

The Christmas shop is located at the Laudermat building next to water shop. We are open the same hours as the Pantry every Monday 11am till 2pm. As we stated before gently used or new toys. We are not accepting clothing or used stuffed animals.

Happy Thanksgiving!!The Pantry is winding down the Month of November. Thanks to all who participated this very busy month. December will be shared among our Board members. Our Christmas list consists of Shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, dish soap,laundry soap,kleenex. We will be having new and slightly used toys and gifts for our clients. See you in December!!

A reminder that the Pawnee Food Pantry is collecting new or gently used toys for our client’s children. Any donations can be brought to the pantry on Mondays 11-2 or the third month 5:30-7:30.
We are also requesting that clients bring their own grocery bags or reusable bags when they need to visit the pantry. This will help us keep our expenses down.

With the increase in clients and nasty weather upon us, the pantry will no long be able to deliver to anyone who has transportation of their own or available from a friend. The pantry has tried to be available to our client's needs but now finds that we are no longer able to use our volunteer resources for unneeded deliveries. Please be understanding as we address this issue. Thanks so much!
