🇺🇸 In Quiet Remembrance 🇺🇸
On this Memorial Day, Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Company stands in solemn remembrance of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
On this day, our thoughts are not on the work we do, but on the ultimate work that has already been done. We join our community in pausing to honor the servicemen and servicewomen who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.
There is a unique bond between those who wear a uniform. We recognize the courage it takes to step forward into danger, and we hold a profound reverence for those whose courage cost them everything.
Keeping the Promise

We believe the best way to honor the fallen is to live lives worthy of their sacrifice. Today, we promise to:
Carry their memory into everything we do.
Stand with the families who still grieve a missing hero.
Protect the communities they died to defend.
Wherever this day finds you, please take a moment to look at the flag, remember the cost of our freedom, and whisper a thank you to the ones who never came home.
