Good Evening Everyone,

We hope that you all had a good Memorial Day weekend.

Now that our season has come to an end we face the biggest decision we have had since we had to scramble due to covid-19.
Region 250 needs volunteers that have the connections that the current board (of 2) doesn't have anymore. We have had 1 person interested in a board position but we need at least 8 to fully commit their time. Without people that are willing to commit this region can no longer operate.
The volunteer time of both Darrin and myself has come to an end and we can no longer volunteer.
Please reply ASAP if you are interested in learning more. We CANNOT open registration until we have a full volunteer board.

All soccer games at the Paw Paw soccer fields have been rescheduled due to Mother Nature. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will resume games on April 16.

Good morning AYSO Region 250 Families!

As many of you have probably heard there have been some changes to the mask rules in Michigan. The following are the guidelines put out by the MHSAA, which is who we try to align with as requested of us by Paw Paw Schools since they allow us to use their fields.

"We are sharing the following updated guidance based on the latest MDHHS Epidemic Order issued on May 14, effective at 9am on Saturday, May 15:

Face masks are no longer required for any outdoor activity, including the outdoor contact spring sports of soccer and lacrosse. While individuals may opt to wear a face mask, there is no longer a requirement that face masks be worn outdoors by any player, coach, team personnel, official or spectators."

If you feel that you and/or your child would be more comfortable wearing a mask then please continue to do so. This is a choice that should be made in the best interest of your family.

Check out P2 Soccer Camps. We are hosting a camp at our Paw Paw fields in July. This camp is open to everyone ages 4-18 regardless if you are a registered AYSO player. This is perfect to keep your player going until our fall season begins!

Parents, spectators, and Friends,

You may have seen the governor's suggestion for a pause in game play. At this time, our region and others have decided to move forward with game play with COVID safety measures in play.

Testing will continue as planned for 14U and 16/19 U meeting the state standards.

Our Coach admin will be emailing all teams and will be asking for parent volunteers this month. Make sure your email addresses are current because this will be the way we will communicate what is going on to you.

To volunteer you will need to register on our website through your account that you registered your child/children.

We ask that if you have any questions or concerns please email the region directly at [email protected]. We do not have the manpower to respond to all of the comments on our posts and we do not want to miss your communication.
