Development around the county continues. This time in the Village of Payne. An incredible Public-Private partnership is bringing the opportunity for more residential lots on the west end of town. Excited to see the work starting and looking forward to see where it leads! !

What a beautiful day for a groundbreaking event. This time we joined the school board, administrators Alexander & Bebout, Inc., Munger Munger & Associate and guests at Wayne Trace High School to kick off the exciting new STEAM Center. This is going to be an instrumental piece in developing the entrepreneurial spirit for the workforce of tomorrow. They hope to have the facility open in Q1 2027! Congratulations to all involved!

The third Paulding County Land Bank home rehabilitation is underway at 621 Sugar Street in Paulding. This project is being funded by the Ohio Department of Development Welcome Home Ohio (WHO) grant and is the first to receive a complete overhaul. • Help guide economic decisions — Your feedback provides valuable insight to the Federal Reserve, local leaders, policymakers, and support organizations working to strengthen businesses across our region.

• Get ahead of economic trends — Survey responses help identify regional business patterns and economic changes before they’re reflected in national reports, giving business owners a clearer picture of what’s ahead.

• Support local economic analysis — If our area reaches at least 50 completed surveys, PCED will receive a customized economic report highlighting trends and challenges specific to our local business community.
