***ATTENTION ALL LOCAL 282G MEMBERS***

These are the current statistics for open enrollment. Make sure you log in and complete it before October 31st! 6 days left, everyone has to do this, whether you are an existing employee or a new hire getting benefits for the first time. If you have any questions or concerns then contact the HR department and they will help you with it if you need.

Time is ticking and we would hate for anyone to lose their benefits! Thank you everyone and as always, stand together and stand strong!

Pictured below is some information to get started on getting enrolled in the ukg app for insurance. You may start uploading documents such as birth certificates for your kids or marriage licenses for you spouses. Remember this must be done to have your spouses and children on your insurance.

If you have questions or need help navigating through the app, then feel free to contact HR to help you with that. Of course, your more than welcome to contact Juan labra Jr or Kelly Ralph, and if we don’t have the answers then we will find them.

Another important note is to make sure that your contact information is up to date, so that the company and UKG app can better communicate with you and notify you of any updates. This all can be done in the UKG app so make sure that the contact info provided is correct (email address and phone number) don’t worry none of this information is shared or made public!

Open enrollment for insurance starts tomorrow, and will end on October 31st

You will need your marriage license, if married, and your kids birth certificates if you have kids. This applies to everyone, whether you are a new employee getting insurance for the first time or an existing employee who’s already been enrolled in the health insurance program

This will be all in the UKG app, and there are information tvs everywhere in the factory on how to do it. If you have questions then HR would be more than happy to help.

Please do not wait till the last minute to do it. Feel free to reach out to Juan labra jr or Kelly Ralph, should you have any questions as well and we will do our best to find the answers.
