TIME FOR AN UPDATE!

First and foremost, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has shown their support. The offers of donations, sharing our post, and all of the comments and messages of support truly mean so much to us.

That right there is why we do what we do!

We are incredibly grateful for all of our supporters. Our ATV club family and following are one of the biggest reasons we continue to strive to be better and better every day.

We wanted to keep everyone in the loop and let you know what is going on.

Warden Services have located the person responsible for destroying the tree stand. We are not going to release any names, but we can tell you that it was a truck, not an ATV.

The individual admitted to what happened and has agreed to pay restitution to replace the tree stand. Due to the circumstances, it is also likely that this person could face charges. Bottom line we are letting Warden services handle that side of things.

At the end of the day, we truly believe this could have been handled very differently. If this person had simply reached out to us, I know darn well we would have been willing to work with them to find a resolution. As we all know accidents happen.

We are thankful that Warden Services took the time to investigate, did their job diligently, and were able to get some resolution for us and the landowner.

Once again, THANK YOU to everyone who shared our post, left a comment, sent a message, offered support, or even offered to donate toward replacing the stand.

We appreciate every single one of you more than you know. ❤️

⚠️WE NEED YOUR HELP‼️⚠️

Boy, oh boy… aren’t we upset and disappointed right now. 😡

A landmark that has been a part of our ATV trails for the last 15 years, and a hunting stand used by numerous hunters for the last 17 years, was destroyed sometime between yesterday and 10:30 AM this morning.

The ATV club is upset. The landowner is upset. And we are absolutely disappointed.

It’s bad enough that the tree stand was completely destroyed and dragged down the trail for more than 30 feet. What makes it even worse is that not one person has come forward to take responsibility.

Where is the accountability these days for people’s actions?

This isn’t just about a tree stand. This is someone else’s property, and this incident could cost the ATV club money — and potentially even cost us one of our trails. This is a major route for our club and our riders.

We are asking for your help.

If you know who did this, please reach out to us. If you are the person who did it, please come forward and take responsibility for your actions.

There is a reward being offered for information that leads to identifying the individual responsible for destroying the tree stand.

We are not looking to create unnecessary drama. We simply want accountability and to protect our trails, our landowners, and the relationships that allow us to enjoy these trails year after year.

🔆Addition information: From the look of the tire tracks this more than likely was NOT an ATV. From the looks of it it was possibly a pickup truck. 🔆

On trail 610 from winding hill road to the 4 corners on the saint Regis road by the Howes trail does anyone have a trail camera in that area. Please contact trail master Den if you do. At 207-731-7931. We need your help figuring out something.
