The body stores trauma! It reacts to both positive and negative situations and this is why we have emotions! Society, culture and family dynamics play a huge role in how we process feelings. Men internalize their emotions, pack it down deep within. Women process their emotions and then ruminate on situations over and over never truly letting go. However, it is a decision. Learning to process emotions in a healthy way is key. Growth and emotional maturity can be achieved with the right support group or one on one peer support. Shoot me a message and find out how!

Receive the mental health healing you desperately need to show up mentally ready to be the heroes you truly are. This course will help you deal with trauma, guilt, shame, and how to process the trauma you have gone through. You don't have to do it alone.

We will help you break the chains of trauma, fear, addiction, coping mechanisms, anger, disassociation, internalizing stronghold, externalizing stronghold and get to the root of the problem.

It is BREAKING through the walls from trauma that requires your attention. You are not your trauma.

Life is like the waves of the ocean. Give it time and the tide will go out. The ocean is continually changing and moving it flows freely as it wills.

When we stop trying to control the flow of the waves out of self protection and learn to flow with the waves of life, looking for the lessons and how we can grow in the midst of our circumstance. We will no longer feel like we are drowning. We will feel like we are part of the flow.

Becoming comfortable with the waves is a decision not a consequence. We don't have to become a casualty. We can choose to become a conquerer!
