We have just been made aware of 4 different birthday parties at the park today. We are so glad everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather at our park.

We would like to remind those hosting parties that the pavilion is on a first come first serve basis- with the exception of those that make the pavilion donation to reserve their time slot.

Today, we only have one donation reservation. The pavilion is reserved from 2-4 pm today. In the future, if you would like to reserve a time please message the park page.

We have been made aware of a park patrons concerns, but rest assured we are the ones that placed cameras to catch the individuals that continue to vandalize our park. The cameras are not pointed at areas of play, and the photos are reviewed by law enforcement.

We love our park and are glad that others enjoy it as well, but these are measures we have had to put into place as the park has been vandalized over 10 times in the last few years.

If you ever have concerns, please reach out to us.

Patmos Community Park has applied for a grant to expand the parks playgrounds!! BUT, we need your help- we need photos of kids playing at the park, if you are willing to help please post photos below!! The more kiddos in the photo the better, we want the state to see how much our little park is loved and enjoyed by othersđź’—

Below is one of the renderings of options for us if we are chosen for the grant!

Once again we are appealing to the public that comes and visits our park to do your part in helping us keep the park clean. Our park groundskeeper works 100% voluntarily and is having a hard time keeping up with the copious amounts of litter being left in the park. There are trash cans located around the park to place your trash in or bring a bag with you to put your trash in to take with you.

We have kept our park open during all of the closures surrounding us for people to be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors but will be forced to close the park temporarily until others reopen if we cannot get the littering and vandalism under control.

The Patmos community park is a wonderful asset to our community, it survives on donations and is upkept by volunteers in the local community that use their own equipment and are not paid. We want you to come and enjoy it BUT we will not allow anyone to ruin our park.

You can now reserve the park pavilion for parties from our FB calendar! We do ask for a $25 donation to cover maintenance and upkeep along with any electricity used during gatherings. Please message us with any questions!
