Passaic County Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for four new homeownership opportunities at 159–163 North Main Street in Paterson.

If you or someone you know has been hoping to become a homeowner, now is the time to apply.

📅 Applications open through September 3, 2026
⏰ Deadline: September 3 at 3:00 PM

Who may qualify?

Applicants must meet specific income, employment, household, credit, and homeownership requirements, including:

✔️ Household of 3–6 members
✔️ Minimum applicant/co-applicant gross income of $97,000
✔️ No homeownership within the past 3 years
✔️ Stable employment/income
✔️ Ability to qualify for an affordable mortgage
✔️ Willingness to complete 200 hours of Habitat sweat equity
