✨ What an incredible day at 45 Auburn Street!

Last Saturday, we gathered with homeowners, volunteers, supporters, community partners, and elected officials to celebrate a major milestone: welcoming a new family home and dedicating our 300th new build in Paterson.

As we celebrated during National Homeownership Month, we were reminded that homeownership creates more than a house. It creates stability, opportunity, and hope for generations to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible. Together, we're building homes, communities, and hope.

El sábado pasado nos reunimos con propietarios, voluntarios, donantes, socios comunitarios y funcionarios electos para celebrar un gran logro: dar la bienvenida a una nueva familia a su hogar y dedicar nuestra vivienda nueva número 300 en Paterson.

Mientras celebrábamos durante el Mes Nacional de la Propiedad de Vivienda, recordamos que ser propietario de una vivienda significa mucho más que tener una casa: significa estabilidad, oportunidades y esperanza para las generaciones futuras.

🏡 Big news for our 2026 Homeownership Application Cycle!

We’ve expanded our income limits for 2026 and are now using 80% Area Median Income (AMI) limits. This means more families may now qualify for affordable homeownership opportunities!

We’re committed to making the path to homeownership more accessible for families in the community.

We loved seeing people of all ages and backgrounds come together through creativity, connection, and art.
