🎓✨ Great mentors are built through preparation, purpose, and passion.

Our YAA mentors stepped into Mentor 101 training as part of our onboarding journey — gaining the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to guide, support, and empower the next generation of leaders. 💙

In partnership with Mentor Newark, our mentors explored the foundations of effective mentoring, strengthened their approach, and prepared to build meaningful relationships that create lasting impact.

Because mentorship is more than giving advice… it’s about showing up, pouring in, and helping young people thrive. 🚀

As our school year comes to a close, we want to take this time to celebrate our mentees and all they have accomplished this year 🎉💜🎓

To our seniors — we hope the knowledge, skills, support, and encouragement shared throughout these past four years have helped prepare you for your next chapter 📚✨ It has truly been our pleasure to guide and support you throughout your high school journey. As you embark on this new journey into college and adulthood 🎓🚀, we ask that you come back and share your experiences with us. Always remember that we are only one phone call, text, or email away 📞💌
