Hello Pataskala, on 9/2/26, the Licking County Health Department will be at The Bags of Hope Free Store for wellness checks for anyone and any immunizations needed. This is open to anyone in the area. If your child needs immunizations, you need to call the Health Department at 740/349-6535 and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment for that evening 6-8pm. When calling ask for the Summit Station United Methodist Church Clinic. Your child's insurance information is needed as well as any vaccination records at the time of the call. Appointment scheduling will be open until 12 pm on Monday, 8/31/26.
Parents/Guardians should arrive with their child at their scheduled time to the Mobile Unit parked in the lot at the Summit Station United Methodist Church.
