Position Openings: Vice President & Treasurer

The Watkins Memorial Athletic Boosters are seeking volunteers to fill the positions of Vice President and Treasurer.

Vice President Responsibilities

* Assist the President with Booster operations and activities.
* Attend monthly Booster meetings and special events.
* Help coordinate fundraising efforts and volunteer activities.
* Assume the President’s duties when the President is unavailable.
* Support committees and special projects as needed.

Treasurer Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate financial records for the organization.
* Manage deposits, payments, and account reconciliations.
* Present financial reports at monthly meetings.
* Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with Booster financial policies and procedures.

These are excellent opportunities to support our student-athletes and help strengthen our athletic programs.
