This morning we had a wonderful meeting. We inducted new member Rob Linnabary to our club, he has been a long time member of another club but recently moved out here and we are happy to have him join us! We also had Cristy of the West Licking Historical Society out to teach us all about Pataskala and its origins. Did you know that we are the only City of Pataskala anywhere? There's no other city with our unique name! Thank you again for speaking to us today 😁

Meeting in the chapel? Sign me up! Thursday morning we had Dr. Matthew Smith and Dr. John Berry of OSU Newark and COTC (respectively) came and shared about their partnership that is over 55 years strong 📚 Their campus is very unique because of the collaboration and cost sharing they do that allows them to save money and offer more educational opportunities to the community. You can tell how closely these two work together just by the way they interact, they even sang us a Rotary song 🎵 thank you two so much for coming and speaking with us 🌰🐱

Last week we had a great group of speakers come out to our meeting! Courtney, Latisha, & Marina from Youth Across Borders (YAB) presented. YAB is an organization that is international and helps children with HIV live a better, fuller life by increasing awareness and reducing the stigma of living with HIV. Thank you ladies for sharing with us ☺️

We are proud to announce that Flags Over Pataskala will continue through May 15th, offering our community a meaningful opportunity to honor the heroes who have served our nation. All paver orders and sponsorships must be submitted by this date.

Banners recognizing our distinguished sponsors will be displayed at Veteran’s Green, standing as symbols of unity and appreciation. Pavers purchased during this annual campaign should be installed in time for Veterans Day, becoming lasting tributes to the men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform. Please note that paver orders are available only once per year, exclusively during this special initiative.

Pataskala Rotary Club out making a difference last weekend! Becky Sarosy & Kelli Walker joined other volunteers to help clean drive rods that are an essential component of the Design Outreach LifePumps. These pumps bring safe, reliable water to developing countries 💧🚰

We had a jam packet meeting this morning! We had our students of the quarter from Southwest Licking Local Schools & Licking Heights Local Schools join us. It always amazes us when the kids tell us about their extra curriculars and groups they are a part of on top of doing their school work 🤯 Mayor Michael Compton also gave us an update on what is going on in the City of Pataskala, Ohio. We love getting the scoop of what is going on around town 🚓🚧🌳 We also inducted our newest member Jim Hartley, welcome to the club 🥳
