They play hard and then they sleep hard, preferably on a human. 🤭 They are SO SOFT. My mom calls them “pluffy” - poofy and fluffy. It’s accurate. 🐱
I pulled them from a municipal shelter in Orange County on July 1. They had a slight fungal skin infection, easily treatable, but difficult in a major shelter environment. It is contagious and requires several weeks of quarantine, which many county shelters don’t have. The sad reality is that many kittens like this that are otherwise healthy are still put to sleep.
