Update on the kittens we trapped a few weeks ago!
5 went to , just in time for FREE ADOPTIONS TOMORROW.
Now it’s just the two littles, Possum & Squirrel. These sisters are so sweet and entertaining. Once Possum gets big enough they will head to Woods for their big adoptions!

6 days + 5 traps + 4 people + 20 miles = 7 kittens!
And 1 mama who, thanks to the amazing was TNR’d within a few hours.
We caught the first little one on a Wednesday evening, then spent the next few days checking the traps every couple of hours. Mama Cat took the bait Friday morning, but it took until Monday morning to get the rest of the babies.
We felt defeated at times but didn’t give up. 😼
It’s half a mile each way from the nearest entry point to get to where I spotted them playing one morning. Whew, we sure got our steps in!

We believe these are 2 litters so we will plan to try and TNR Mama #2.

Next stop for these littles is in Atascadero, where they’ll be adopted into loving homes and a life of pampering!
Huge thank you to - teamwork!
