We are a vibrant neighborhood of about 175 homes. Our location along the Columbia River in West Pasco provides distinctive outdoor living close to nature while central to the Tri-Cities metropolitan area of Southeastern Washington State.
Our neighborhood is designed to create openness throughout the property with gently curving streets and cul de sacs, attractive landscaping, sidewalks, lush green common areas and a children’s playground, with easy access to the Columbia River waterfront and bordering pedestrian/bike trail.
We are a covenanted community to assure that certain standards of architectural design, landscaping and living conditions are maintained. Our desire is to enhance and perfect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the entire property. Our homeowners association is a non-profit incorporated entity operated by a Board of Directors - residents who volunteer their time, experience and talents for the good of our community.
