Today's Congressional hearing concerning Dr. Fauci and his handling at the national level of the COVID pandemic, and the damage he caused to countless lives, including Health Care professionals who were upholding their oath to do no harm, requires that we share the important work we are doing to obtain Justice. The FSMB and Washington Medical Commission are guilty of the violation of 1st amendment rights, and this weak admission of their guilt stands as a testament to the work we will continue to produce on behalf of all of our Constitutional Rights!

AR and MAG bans ruled Unconstitutional!

A major federal appeals court just handed down a strong Second Amendment ruling that could be very helpful in ongoing challenges to fi***rm and magazine bans.

The court held that commonly owned semiautomatic ri**es are protected “arms” under the Second Amendment, and that the government cannot ban an entire class of arms simply by labeling them “assault weapons.” The court also held that magazines over 10 rounds are protected because magazines are necessary components that allow many fi***rms to function as designed.

This matters because the ruling applies the Bruen test in a way that favors constitutional protection: once the item is an “arm” in common lawful use, the burden shifts to the government to prove a real historical tradition of similar restrictions. The court rejected the state’s reliance on weak historical analogues such as Bowie-knife laws, trap-gun laws, gunpowder-storage rules, and later regulations that did not match the burden or justification of a modern ban.

For our Second Amendment cases, including challenges involving fi***rm sales restrictions, magazine bans, and restrictions on commonly owned semiautomatic fi***rms, this decision provides powerful persuasive authority. It reinforces the argument that the government cannot prohibit law-abiding citizens from acquiring, possessing, or using fi***rms and magazines that are commonly owned for lawful purposes.

The Constitution does not protect only the fi***rms politicians prefer. It protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Our Founding Fathers protected the right to keep and bear arms as a cornerstone of liberty. Today, that right is under attack as the City of Seattle sues G***k and three local gun stores — including Bull’s Eye Indoor Range — claiming they contribute to a “public nuisance” by selling G***k pistols that can be illegally converted with “G***k switches.”

The lawsuit accuses the stores of helping put these fi***rms into circulation, even though the "G***k switches" themselves are illegal and the conversions are done by criminals. This is an attempt to hold lawful FFLs responsible for the criminal misuse of fi***rms and illegal devices.

We’re proud to represent Bull’s Eye Indoor Range in this important fight. We will not stand by while the state tries to criminalize lawful commerce and chip away at the Second Amendment.

These battles are not won by hope alone. They require resources, dedicated legal teams, and the unwavering support of freedom-loving Americans who refuse to let our rights be stripped away.

Peter Rosenkranz, Superintendent of LaCenter School District, has been awarded the 2026 Robert J. Handy Most Effective Administrator Award for Medium School Districts.

This prestigious honor, presented by the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) and sponsored by PEMCO Insurance, recognizes outstanding public school administrators across Washington state.

In addition to his leadership, Peter has been a strong and consistent advocate for parental rights in education, working to keep families at the center of decisions affecting their children.
