REHAB IS UNDERWAY (Post #4)!

Our non-profit and construction partners are working hard to renovate and revitalize these once beautiful one, two & three bedroom apartment homes back to their former glory throughout Pascagoula, MS. That includes over (now*) $12MM+ in facility repairs and improvements, significant modernization to units, and much, much more...!

Be sure to follow us to keep with our progress!

This week:
• Azalea Park Apartments – Completed entry way canopy shingle roof installation on all buildings!
• Autumn Trace Apartments – Completed HVAC emergency repairs!
• Grenada Square Apartments – Continued HVAC split system installation and installed both air handling units and condensing units and installed condensing unit mounting brackets on the exterior walls.

Two Week Look Ahead:
• Grenada Square Apartments – Start demolition of ground level wrought iron patio railings ahead of new deck installations, and
continue HVAC split system installations!
• All Communities – Start interior unit upgrades!

Our non-profit and construction partners are working hard to renovate and revitalize these once beautiful one, two & three bedroom apartment homes back to their former glory throughout Pascagoula, MS. That includes over $10MM+ in facility repairs and improvements, significant modernization to units, and much, much more...!

This week:
• Azalea Park Apartments – Completed all roofing work except porch canopies, and and HVAC emergency repairs!
• Regency Wood Apartments – Completed all roofing work, and HVAC emergency repairs!
• Grenada Square Apartments – Assembled and installed HVAC condenser bracket mounts on buildings A, B, and C, and began installing new HVAC systems in bldg. C and I!
• Autumn Trace Apartments – Completed HVAC emergency repairs!

Two Week Look Ahead:
• Azalea Park Apartments – Complete all roofing work for porch canopies!
• Grenada Square – Continue new HVAC installation!
• All Communities – Continue emergency HVAC repairs as needed!

• Autumn Trace Apartments – Shingle roof replacement and repairs!
• Azalea Park Apartments – Demo of all entry canopies and started framing of the new entry canopies!
• Grenada Square Apartments – Began receiving containers and HVAC materials. Started assembling and installation of new HVAC units!
• Willow Creek Apartments – Replacing old condensers!

Two Week Look Ahead:
• Regency Woods Apartments – Start & complete roof replacement.
• Azalea Park Apartments – Continue entry canopy framing and start roofing of each.
• Grenada Square - Continue receiving new HVAC materials and start new install in units.
