Leila Wong is a Filipino American spiritual director, soul care practitioner, and life coach with 36 years of ministry experience with Cru/Epic. She holds an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care and is passionate about accompanying people as they navigate faith, identity, culture, ministry/calling and life transitions. Currently, she serves with Global Service Associates, assists in facilitating Pastora Lab’s Women’s Leadership Cohort and is an affiliate with YTM Leadership. Leila is married to Brent, is a mom to two young adults, and lives in southern California with their two Labrador Retrievers.

Martin Cachero is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Flourish San Diego and a pastor at Risen Church. Much of his work focuses on inspiring people and organizations towards effective stewardship that leads to generative work and culture. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary and lives in San Diego with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters.

Daphne R. Barretto is the Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor at EastLake Church Chula Vista, overseeing their Prayer and Baptism teams. Daphne holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Azusa Pacific University and is a trained spiritual director with particular interest in accompanying Filipino Americans as they explore the intersection
between faith, culture, identity, and spiritual formation. At the heart of her ministry is a desire to help people grow in faith and love of Jesus within the context of community. She is married
to her high school sweetheart, has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandkids.

Born in Los Angeles, Meljon Salazar graduated from UCLA and currently serves as InterVarsity staff in Southern California as well as intermittently on the national Filipino leadership team in the US. He has previously served as worship director at his Filipino home church. In the last decade, he has served as worship director at IFES World Assembly 19 in South Africa, WA23 in Indonesia, and Pilipino American Conference 26 in Texas.
