Latest Developments for ELCA Operations – February 2025
- All Homeowners have received or will receive this week a welcome e-mail and postal mail detailing the operations going forward.
o The postal mail will detail the new Homeowner Account Number (old account number is retired). Please use this account number on any payments going forward.
o The drop box at the office will be retired very soon, please start utilizing the new payment process detailed in the postal mailing.
- The www.elizabethslanding.com website will be retired, please point your browser and download the app https://elizabethslanding.connectresident.com/
- Checks received at the drop box and/or mailed to the PO Box will start getting deposited this week, and it may take up to four or five additional weeks for all to get deposited correctly.
- Important. Statements of HOA Accounts are starting to get mailed, if it shows a balance and you have paid via the drop box or prior PO Box, this will get updated as those payments are processed.
o No penalties, or late fees, et cetera. This transition will take time as conveyed.
- The office will remain closed. Our FSR Representatives will be onsite as needed and present for the Community Meetings.
- The office e-mail ([email protected]) will be retired and forwarded to the new e-mail that is detailed in the mailing along with the help desk, 24/7 phone number.
- The office phone number (410.437.7309) will be retired in the very near future. Please use the help desk 24/7 number going forward that is detailed in the mailing.

Reminder - the next episode of the Community HOA Meeting is this Monday (Feb 10th) at ye ol' Farmhouse. We will start 15 minutes early at 6:45 to allot for more time with regards to Introductions, Q&A and open discussion. The agenda is on the website at www.elizabethslanding.com

The Community Office is currently closed until further notice, however operations will fully continue (Calls and E-mails will be responded to based on urgency). More details to be discussed in the January 13th Community Meeting at the Farmhouse (7PM)

Greetings ELCA and Welcome to 2025, Happy New Years to All.

For awareness of all Homeowner’s, the Community Office is closed until further notice. While the office is closed, normal or as normal as possible business operations shall continue. Though the office will be physically closed for a duration, all calls and e-mails will get responses, based on urgency or priorities.

*If a quorum is not met, the voting and election cycle will continue until June 17th, which is designated as the second annual meeting. All eligible ballots will be counted in the second annual meeting and this will finalize the election cycle.
Notes:
• If a homeowner did not receive or missplaced a ballot, please visit www.elizabethslanding.com; a ballot can be downloaded from the Documents & Downloads section of the Website.
• All homeowners are eligible to vote in the ELCA Board Electoral Process.
• Two positions on the ELCA Board are open for election this year, and every year.
• The two candidates who receive the most votes will win the election (most votes = 3 year term, second most votes = 2 year term).
• Write-In Nominations are acceptable.
• Voting homeowners do not need to be present in the Annual Meeting. Ballots & Proxies can be dropped off at the office any-time or placed in the mail slot. Ballots also can be mailed to:
