Recognizing Volunteers Who Help Nonprofits Thrive
We’re grateful for volunteers like Mila Milivoievici, who use their accounting and financial expertise to support nonprofits behind the scenes and help strengthen their day-to-day operations.
As a repeat volunteer with Jericho Road Pasadena, Mila has worked on projects ranging from QuickBooks setup and bookkeeping transitions to tax filing reviews, financial analyses, and process improvements. Her work helps organizations create more efficient systems and stronger financial foundations for the future.
In one recent project, Mila guided a nonprofit through the transition from spreadsheets to QuickBooks by developing a customized chart of accounts, building reporting tools, and creating systems to simplify ongoing financial management.
“It’s rewarding to know that my expertise helps a nonprofit’s mission, whether by improving their systems, streamlining operations, or solving specific challenges.”
Volunteers like Mila show how professional skills can make a lasting impact by helping nonprofits operate more effectively and focus on serving their communities.
