How do I know if I have 245(I) protection?
You may be eligible for 245(I) protection if you were listed on either a family or employment based petition filed on or before April 30, 2001.

How did I know if I have 245(a) protection?
If you either were waived through a point of entry, or entered with advance parole or a visa. **
What if obtained my DACA after 18 1/2?
You may still qualify, especially if you have either 245(a) or 245(I) protection. Call us for further information. **
What if I am still in school?
Though you may not be able to immediately apply, you should still come in for consultation to better asses your future employment options. If you are graduating this year, you may be a prime candidate.
** What if I have a criminal record?
Though a criminal record may not bar you, we are unfortunately unable to service those with criminal records at the moment who are seeking to adjust through employment. **
