TLC Breaking Chains Ministry is currently mentoring 12 mom's who are reentering the world after rehab and finding stable work and stable housing for themselves and their children. TLC also helps with drivers license, court dates and other needed resources.
Other things TLC does is outreach to homeless and previously homeless. Bring pizza and prayer events and Christian mentoring.

Mission Statement:

TLC Breaking Chains Ministry provides practical and spiritual resources to mothers who have been incarcerated to settle them in a supportive community, reunite them with their families, and empower them to find sustaining work.

The 2 year-long program is based on spiritual formation, practical guidance and resources, and creating strong social bonds of accountability and trust. Women who graduate from the program receive a certificate of completion and will have achieved a series of basic steps towards rebuilding their lives.
