We celebrated Fathers Day Today! Our director Tim Turner read some verses from the Bible concerning Father’s, The Goldenaires sang different hymns, Meg Buddingh sang Daddy’s Hands and Silver Haired Daddy of Mine. Kenny Knotts was awarded oldest Father at the center as well. We all sang Happy Birthday to Betty Knotts! Happy Father’s Day!!

June Outpost 2026. Our Director, Tim Turner, announced that Carl Feather had graciously donated his new book, “Wandering Tucker County West Virginia” to our Senior Citizens. We then watched a couple of videos that were made by Mr. Feather as well. (Aurora Pike and Blackwater Falls National Park.) Tim then brought up some gospel songs from various singing groups such as, The Goodmans, Speers Family, The Inspirations, Alan Jackson, The Cathedrals and Jim & Jesse and the Virginia Boys. We would like to thank Carl Feather for his special book. We are blessed!

We celebrated Memorial Day and May birthday’s this week. Happy birthday to Karl Meyers, Teresa Mallow, Meg Buddingh, and Barbara Haller! Thanks to the Goldenaires for the wonderful singing! The meal was amazing!

We celebrated Mothers Day with a reading of Proverbs 31:25-31 by our director, Tim Turner, and poems were read by Kenny Knotts, David Sharp and Mable Fitzwater, along with a reading of the different ways people used aprons. We had great fellowship and great food!

May 2026 Outpost: We would like to thank Kevin and Becky Arbogast along with Don Nestor and Pheryl Clute for providing the singing and preaching at the same time! We sure enjoyed them! We had a great time socializing and the food was great!

April Outpost 2026! We enjoyed listening to our very own Meg Budding as she played her guitar and sang to us! Poems were read and we celebrated April Birthdays! Happy birthday to Kenny Knotts, Rita Roberts, Donna Boyles
and Sharon Cassidy! The food and fellowship was special!
