Canyon County Fair 2026!

All of these Parma FFA and 4H members did an absolutely amazing job at the Canyon County Fair this week. It’s no easy task raising these livestock, but the life lessons learned are unmatched! We are so proud of these students and their Supervised Agricultural Experiences.

Here are a few highlights, but there are so many more than just these few:
- Gwen and Ava Shaw raised the Grand and Reserve Grand market steers.
- Morgan Etter raised the Grand Champion Market Broilers and was also the Grand Champion FFA Showman.
- Alyssa Hartley was the Grand Champion dairy goat showman, and also took home fourth place in Round Robin.
- We had exhibitors in every species, make it to final runoffs.
- The market livestock sale was a huge success and members look forward to showing again next year.
- Sawyer Watkins won 1st place in Livestock Judging.

These are just a few of the highlights of our fair week now it’s time to rest before school starts back up and our FFA activities are in full force ( but they actually never really stop anyways )

We all have stuff shoved in our sheds and garages that we want to get rid of, but we either don’t have a great space to do it or not enough time in our week to get it done so let Parma FFA sell your stuff! There are three options, you can rent a space at Parma high school and sell your stuff, you can have an FFA member sell your stuff for you if you’re unable to attend or you can just give us your stuff and we will sell It and Parma FFA gets those profits. Funds raised during this event ! go towards national FFA convention. Let us know if you have any questions.

See ya next year Moscow! Here’s a glimpse into our week of studying, competing, adventuring, and laughing non stop. This was such a great group of 17 kiddos to take up to Moscow, thankful they make it easy on me!
