Ashamed to say I didn't know this. I spent 10 years of cleaning professionally and never realized that some, not all oven doors actually pop off because they are spring loaded. So I spent 10 Year breaking my back to reach in trying not to break off the door 🙄🤣. How many knew this? 🤔

Dear customer's,
As you are well aware of what is going on currently with the covid-19 virus. I want to assure those who want to continue service that I will take all necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment. I will only use the vacuums/mops you have available in your homes as a safety precaution. I just ask at this time to understand that I can not change bedding at this point to assure no contamination. I can use products that are proving to be able to kill the virus (no natural products )will do so in my opinion. I will not use rags of any sort unless they are your very own. Paper towels are more sanitary but being they may be hard to find I can accommodate. The rags I do use I bleach after each use so that's up to you.
What we are facing is scary. The unknown especially. Though mostly of this is precautionary, I understand all your concerns. I hope you all remain calm and use this time to stay safe and healthy. I just ask that if you or anyone in your home is sick to please let me know so we can reschedule. Safety is always a concern and I have to keep all my customers healthly as well as my family. I will wear a mask and as always wear protective gloves to provide a sanitary environment.
