Parkland Horseman's Association Parkland Horseman’s Association is a grassroots equestrian organization based in Parkland, FL that holds local Dressage, Hunter, Jumper and Obstacles shows.

Parkland Horseman’s Association is a non-profit organization which was established in the late 1970’s. We support good horsemanship, safe riding, education, responsibility, sportsmanship, and most of all, keeping the greenways open to all horse enthusiasts in the City of Parkland and neighboring communities. Through our various equestrian activities including our monthly open shows, dressage shows

, obstacles shows and educational clinics, we offer an opportunity for members, exhibitors, spectators and our community at large to enjoy a unique recreational activity that helps to maintain the “Country Life” in the city of Parkland. Many of our young members have gone on to show in the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) for middle and high school students across the country ages 11-19, on collegiate teams across the country from Freshman to Senior, and in 4H Shows for ages 9-19. Some of our adult members have advanced to compete in the United States Dressage Federation, United States Equestrian Federation and in various All Breeds Competitions earning Bronze, Silver and Gold medals in their discipline. Last but not least, many of our local equines have gone on to earn many regional and national championships for their breed and for the discipline in which they perform!

Sunday was all about dressage - From our tiniest leadline riders (2 years old!) to those of us who prefer not to list our age 😉—it was such a special day watching everyone in the ring.

Beautiful rides all around, from first-timers finding their rhythm to seasoned riders showing off their experience. That’s what makes this sport so incredible.

So proud of every single rider who showed up and gave it their all. Thank you to our volunteers especially for Ring Setup, for jumping in and learning all about running the show office, scribing for the very first time! And of course for organizing the day!!
