PHS Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps The Parkersburg High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (PHS NJROTC) is a leadership program designed to give students a head start.

NJROTC develops the self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership skills to help you successfully meet life's challenges. To enroll in PHS NJROTC, a student must be enrolled in grades 9-12 and attend a regular course of instruction at PHS, be a United States citizen or national, or alien lawfully admitted to the US for permanent residence, be physically qualified to participate fully in the phy

sical education program of the school, be accepted by the naval science instructor, maintain acceptable standards of academic achievement and standards of conduct, and comply with NJROTC personal grooming standards.
