As we wrap up the year, I want to say thank you for allowing me to serve as Communications Coordinator for the past two seasons. It has been a joy to support this community and share the stories of our students and productions.

I am excited to pass this role to Kourtni, who will be taking over communications for next season! She will do a wonderful job keeping everyone connected and informed.

Thank you again for a great year and for all you do to support Ponderosa Theatre.

A huge thank you to senior parent and three year board member Eva V.

From running the box office to coordinating spirit nights and creating locker tags , She's been helping with countless details and has been a steady and generous presence in PTP. We will miss her and wish her all the best.

Final call for Silent Auction donations.

We will be collecting items through One Acts on May 7. If you have been meaning to donate, now is the time.

Popular items include themed baskets, coffee gift cards, restaurant packages, and entertainment experiences.

EDIT and UPDATE. Only ONE team member is now needed! If you would like to be our Membership Coordinator, we'd love to talk to you! A great role for an incoming Senior Parent who likes getting to know new people OR an incoming Sophomore parent who knows our freshman families :).

Our team is almost full but we’re looking for two amazing volunteers to join our Ponderosa Theatre Parents team next year! These coordinator roles are flexible, task-focused, and can mostly be done from home with no extra meetings.

Open roles:
• Membership Coordinator (outreach, Back-to-School Picnic, membership lists, communications support)
• Meals & Social Coordinator (organize show meals and event food throughout the year)
