It's time for the **Rotary Club of Parker's 5th Thursday Chili Cook-Off!** 🏆

We're turning up the heat and inviting our friends from the **Parker Noon Rotary Club** to join us for an evening of delicious chili, friendly competition, and Rotary fellowship!

📅 **Thursday, October 29**
⏰ **5:30–8:30 PM**
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family and guests are welcome!

🥣 **Think your chili has what it takes to win?** Enter the cook-off for just $25!

We'll provide the tasting supplies, crackers, cornbread, desserts, and water. BYOB if you'd like something else to drink!

Whether you're bringing your award-winning recipe or just coming hungry, it's sure to be a fun evening!

🏥 **Project C.U.R.E. – Medical Supply Sorting**
📅 Monday, October 26 | 6–8 PM
Help sort medical supplies for communities in need around the world. No experience necessary!

🥫 **Parker Task Force Food Drive**
📅 Saturday, November 14 | 8 AM–4 PM
📍 Stroh Ranch King Soopers
Volunteer for a 2-hour shift to help fight hunger in our community. Friends and family welcome!

🧸 **Help Us Fill the Claw Machine with Smiles!** 💙💛

Here's a FUN way to make a difference! The Rotary Club of Parker is collecting small toys for **Make-A-Wish Colorado's claw machine!** 🌟

When children visit Make-A-Wish to discuss their special wish, they get a chance to pick a toy from the claw machine—bringing a little extra joy and comfort to their visit. ❤️

🎁 **How can you help?**

🧸 Donate small toys (3–6 inches wide) for kids of all ages.

📅 Bring your donations to our **October 22 Rotary meeting or October 29 club social!**

You don't need a cape to be a hero! The Rotary Club of Parker is challenging our members and community to **donate blood between now and Halloween!** 🎃

Fellow Rotarian **Ced Woodard** is leading the charge, encouraging everyone to roll up their sleeves and make a lifesaving difference.

🥫 Filling Carts, Feeding Families, Making a Difference! 💙💛

A HUGE thank you to our amazing volunteers and the generous Parker community for supporting our Rotary Food Drive on October 10th!

Together, we collected an incredible:

📦 70 boxes of food
💵 $530 in cash donations

🥛 Plus hundreds of essential grocery items, including milk, eggs, cheese, meat, and more!

Thanks to the generosity of shoppers at King Soopers at Stroh, we're helping put food on the tables of local families in need.

👏 Special thanks to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped make this food drive a success!

🌟 RYLA: An Experience That Makes an Impact! 🌟

We loved hearing from Ava Neuman, who shared her experience attending Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) this summer, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Parker.

Ava spoke about the friendships she formed, the incredible counselors who helped bring her group together, and how RYLA challenged her to grow as a leader and as a person.

Her takeaway says it best: RYLA helped her discover the impact she can have on others and encouraged everyone to become the best version of themselves. 💙💛
