I ran today, in the rain, sporting my TROT shirt and thinking about our race. This event that has become so much a part of me, my family and all of those that have done so much to support us and this amazing cause over the last 7 years. The sadness I have over having to cancel this years event is still so fresh and new and I try to focus on the brightness that will surely be there in the years ahead. I already can't wait until next year and we plan on still supporting Selah Freedom THIS year through a donation drive that we will run during "race " week. Hope you will all still consider supporting us even if we can't all run / walk together. I challenge all of you to still get out there on June 6th and post pictures or videos of you and / or your families running / walking. I know our family will be out there running the course. I'll even send you some swag for doing so. Until then, stay safe, stay healthy and active and continue to support those that need help now more than ever!
