Because of you, children fighting cancer in Serbia and the families standing beside them have more hope today than yesterday. Because of you, N.U.R.D.O.R.’s work continues. Because of you, Šumadija lives — across an ocean, in that room, in every soul who showed up.

Meet N.U.R.D.O.R.
When a child in Serbia is diagnosed with cancer, their whole family’s world changes overnight. Treatment can mean traveling hundreds of kilometers from home. It can mean a parent leaving their job. It can mean siblings staying with relatives for months on end.
For 17 years, N.U.R.D.O.R. — the National Association of Parents of Children with Cancer — has been the organization that holds those families together when everything else feels like it’s falling apart.

NURDOR is led by parents who lived this. Who understand it. And who refuse to let any other family walk it alone.
That is why we chose them. With our whole hearts.

Our goal: $25,000 — directly supporting three of NURDOR’s Parent Houses. Funds will go toward housing maintenance, travel to and from the hospital, and easing the financial burden families carry through their child’s treatment.

Upoznajte N.U.R.D.O.R.
Kada se detetu u Srbiji dijagnostikuje rak, ceo svet jedne porodice se preokrene preko noći. Lečenje može značiti putovanje stotinama kilometara od kuće. Može značiti da roditelj napušta posao. Može značiti da braća i sestre mesecima žive kod rođaka.
Već 17 godina, N.U.R.D.O.R. — Nacionalno udruženje roditelja dece obolele od raka — je organizacija koja drži te porodice na okupu kada se sve ostalo raspada.

NURDOR vode roditelji koji su sami prošli kroz to. Koji to razumeju. I koji odbijaju da pusti bilo koju drugu porodicu da hoda tim putem sama.
Zato smo izabrali baš njih. Svim srcem.

Naš cilj: $25.000 — direktna podrška za tri Roditeljske kuće NURDOR-a. Sredstva će ići za održavanje kuća, troškove prevoza do i od bolnice, i olakšavanje finansijskog tereta koji porodice nose tokom lečenja svog deteta.

Uz pomoć i svih vas koji ste otvorili svoja srca, uspeli smo da prikupimo $15,000 na ovogodišnje Šumadijsko Veće! 🎉 Zahvaljujući vašoj velikodušnosti, pomoć je stigla do porodica Stanić, Arsić i Azdejković — koje se nalaze u veoma teškim životnim uslovima. Hvala što ste pokazali da nismo sami, i da zajedno možemo da promenimo nečiji život. 🙏
