Scouts Pack 201

Scout Pack 201 is chartered by Roosevelt Elementary School PTO of Park Ridge Illinois.

We are a member pack of the TriStar District in the Pathways to Adventure Council (PTACC) of the Boy Scouts of America.

Congratulations to these boys for completing their Scouting Adventure with Pack 201. Several of them started as Kindergarteners in the Lion Den and moved up the ranks and have now officially become Scouts with Troop 1. Last night they received their Arrow of Light Award and crossed over into Scouting America. We celebrate the accomplishments of these young men as they complete their Cub Scouting Adventure. Thank you to all the parents, families and Den Leaders that made this possible. Pack 201 wishes you all farewell and look forward to one day seeing you soar as an Eagle.

🏁 2026 Pinewood Derby! Pack 201 raced in style with this year's theme being the 250th birthday of the United States! 🇺🇸 Trophies were awarded to 🏆 Fastest Car and 🎨 Best Design. Congratulations to all of the Pack 201 competitors for their amazing creativity, great sportsmanship, and lots of Scout spirit. Way to go, Scouts!

A big congratulations to Scouts Pack 201 on hosting their First Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our scouts — from the early risers flipping pancakes to the hungry friends and families who joined us. Your generosity and community spirit made this event a sweet success! Here’s to many more traditions, full bellies, and great adventures ahead.

Pack 201 celebrated a major milestone as our Arrow of Light Scouts crossed over from Cub Scouts to Scouting America! From learning to tie their first knot to leading the pack with pride, these young leaders have grown so much and are ready for the next great adventure. Here's to new challenges, new friendships, and continuing to live the Scout Oath and Law every step of the way.

Pack 201 in Action! Our amazing scouts teamed up with Uncle Pete’s Ministry to spread kindness—one sack lunch at a time! With teamwork, heart, and a Scout’s spirit of service, we packed meals to support people who are homeless in the Chicagoland area.
Every sandwich made, every bag packed, and every smile shared is a step toward a stronger, more caring community. Great job, Pack 201! Keep leading with kindness and making a difference.

start your engines! It’s the 2025 Pack 201 Pinewood Derby Race! Our future engineers and NASCAR pros put their handcrafted speed machines to the test. Scouts built cars for speed and design, but one thing was for sure—there were thrills, chills, and plenty of creativity. Congratulations to the winners and to all Scouts for participating.

Pack 201 put on their aprons and chef hats for our 'Is It Cake?' bake-off! 🎂🔎 The results? Deliciously deceptive desserts that had us questioning reality and our diets. 🍰🥖 From a cheeseburger and Timberland boot that was actually cake, we were in for a sweet surprise at every turn. Great job, Scouts!

Pack 201 took over the Museum of Science and Industry, and let's just say... the science experiments weren’t the only thing exploding with energy! 🚀🔬 From building tornadoes to discovering what a 'good night’s sleep' isn't, we conquered every exhibit and earned our badges in curiosity, teamwork, and late-night snack consumption. 🌌🍪 Thanks to MSI Chicago for hosting us—it was element-ary!
