EMAA Head Start Policy Council Child development program designed for three to five-year-old children from low-income families with Francois, Ste.

The EMAA Head Start Policy Council is the governing body for the Head Start program in the eight counties we serve: Bollinger, Cape, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Genevieve and Washington Counties in Missouri. Our board is made up of parent representatives from each each center and eight community representatives (one from each county). The council meets the first Monday of each month at 10:30am at the Head Start Central Office.
