🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight: Audreeanna 🌟

Audreeanna is one of a kind - the kind of person you know you can count on no matter what the day brings.

She consistently shows up, follows policies and procedures, and sets a positive example for both staff and youth every single day. Her reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic make her an incredible asset to our team. The value she brings to RCYR truly cannot be overstated, and her consistency and dedication help keep everything running smoothly.

Now, if you know Audreeanna, then you’ve probably heard her unofficial office title: “most likely to be the Dwight of RCYR.” 😄 Between her attention to detail, consistency, and dedication to doing things the right way, we can’t say the comparison is completely inaccurate!

She takes pride in her work, helps keep things organized, and brings a level of structure and dependability that every team needs. More importantly, the youth and staff around her benefit from the example she sets daily.

🕗 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (14-hour shift)
🌙 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (10-hour shift)

📌 Every other Saturday & Sunday is required.

Requirements:
✔️ Must be 20 years of age or older
✔️ Must be able to pass a background check
✔️ Must have proof of a GED or High School Diploma

🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight: Kristen 🌟

Kristen is one of the strongest and most dependable technicians on our team - and somehow still manages to keep everything running smoothly, even on the days she might not feel like she can.

As a Lead Technician, she consistently steps up, takes on whatever comes her way, and handles it all with confidence and skill. She’s someone we can always count on to get the job done - and get it done well.

Now, we’d be lying if we didn’t mention she can be a little ornery (okay… sometimes more than a little 😄), but honestly, it’s part of what makes her so great. Her sense of humor keeps us laughing, and her presence truly makes every shift better for both the staff and youth.

Behind that tough exterior is a big heart - Kristen genuinely cares about the kids and her team, and it shows in everything she does.

We’re incredibly lucky to have her, and we wouldn’t want her any other way. 💙

🕘 Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

👩‍🍳 What You’ll Do:
Prepare meals for youth and staff
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Follow basic food safety guidelines

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Cooking experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background screening
21+ years or older
High school diploma or GED
Willing to rotate weekend shifts with other kitchen staff

Happy 5-year anniversary, Cheyenne! 🎉

A fun little story - our Executive Director originally hired Cheyenne because her first name is the same as her daughter’s, and her middle name, Dakota, is the same as her daughter’s husband’s name. Clearly, it was meant to be! 🤣

Over the past five years, Cheyenne has grown tremendously within her roles. She started as a Behavioral Health Technician, became the supervisor for the girls’ bunk, and now serves as our Director of Residential Services, overseeing all bunkhouses and their supervisors.

Cheyenne is one of the hardest-working and most dedicated individuals Rocky Creek has ever had. She consistently shows up, has never called out, and steps in whenever she is needed - without hesitation. Her commitment to the youth we serve is unmatched. She advocates for them daily and serves as a positive role model, helping guide them toward a better future.

Cheyenne is truly one of a kind. Her work ethic, drive, and heart are rare, and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.
