Cook County Southland Juvenile Justice Council The Ultimate Goal of the Cook County Southland Juvenile Justice Council is to reduce the number of juvenile cases in Markham Juvenile Court.

The Cook County Southland Juvenile Justice Council (SJJC) provides local government with the vision, guidance and support they need to collectively address the violence and juvenile delinquency problem from a local perspective, and comply with the Illinois Juvenile Court Act of 1987.
