Claire is reshaping the systems behind every production, from the incentives and the crews to the local relationships that decide whether a film gets made at all. She opened up about producing, policy, new motherhood, and the visible and invisible infrastructure that makes filmmaking possible.
Her big dream? A film industry where parents don't have to choose between their careers and their families. 👶🎥

Collaboration isn't a byproduct of becoming a WIF Fellow; it's the whole point. 🎬✨

Directing jobs keep going to the same few people and those directors keep hiring folks they already know. It's rarely intentional, but the pattern quietly locks out anyone outside those circles. Our Fellowship builds a different network: a powerful hive of like-minded creatives who have each other's backs for the rest of their careers. In an industry that runs on who-knows-who, WIF is home base where culture changers find their people.
