The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) was founded in 2002 to increase youth sports participation by leveraging area facilities built for the Olympics.

Utah-based Youth Sports Alliance boosts sports participation using Olympic facilities and offers nationally-recognized afterschool programs introducing kids to sports and screen-free activities, alongside leading fundraising for local winter sport teams. Our nationally-recognized afterschool programs introduce kids to sports and screen-free activities. Also, we lead fundraising efforts for seven local winter sport teams. Each year, we engage more than 3,500 young people in Summit and Wasatch Counties.
