Do you know when you should you choose mediation?

Most people think mediation only happens during court proceedings. But mediation can happen at almost any point in a conflict and often works best before things escalate.

Whether it’s family conflict, divorce, parenting disagreements, housing issues, or communication breakdowns, mediation creates a neutral space to work toward understanding and solutions together.

Mountain Mediation Center offers professional mediation services in Utah on a sliding scale in both English and Spanish.

These gatherings are a chance to connect with local families, share resources, and help strengthen our community through conversation, kindness, and support.

We are teaming up with Live Like Sam for Leading with Kindness at Woodward Park City on Saturday, May 9th.

This FREE community event is all about empathy, inclusion, and real conversations that help build stronger families and a more connected community.

JOIN US: We’ll be hosting a Let’s Talk conversation at 2:30pm during the event. We'll be talking about what kindness actually looks, feels, and sounds like in families. Offered in both English and Spanish.

There will also be workshops, time to connect, and FREE Woodward clinics like skateboarding, scooter, parkour, and trampolines.
