The Summit County Recovery Foundation

The Summit County Recovery Foundation A non-profit organization that supports the recovery efforts of participants in the Summit County Drug Court. But government cannot solve every problem.

Started in 2011, the Summit County Drug Court is a county and state funded problem solving court that helps high risk and high need drug offenders complete treatment goals and achieve lasting sobriety. The Summit County Recovery Foundation was founded in 2013 to fill the gap between what government provides and what a person struggling with addiction needs. The Foundation aims to provide awards a

nd incentives to drug court participants, to sponsor and encourage pro-social activities, and to provide need-based financial assistance for the costs of drug court.

On Friday, November 10th, our community will come together for Live PC Give PC. It’s 24 hours of nonprofit giving—and it’s your chance to make an impact! If you or know someone you know, has suffered from Substance Abuse or is in Recovery (and we all know somone) please consider giving on this GIVING day.
