corporated in 2003 in Park City, Utah. It was created to support the rising number of elite U.S. women ski jumpers who needed financial support and strong leadership to get them into the international fold and on sport's biggest stage, the Olympic Games. Peter Jerome, an airline pilot and father to 10-time National Champion Jessica Jerome, bought a "Nonprofit For Dummies" book and recruited prominent community leaders to join the effort. More than 10 years later, WSJ-USA has proudly supported the Team to back-to-back Nations Cup victories in 2012 and 2013, and fostered the careers of World Champions Lindsey Van and Sarah Hendrickson. How is Women's Ski Jumping USA funded? Support for WSJ-USA comes from private donations, fundraisers, and grants.
