🐾 From Rubble to Rescue: One Year Later! ❤️
One year ago, just seconds away from being crushed by a dozer, a tiny, frail kitten was rescued from a pile of debris at the landfill. We named her Rubble, and what a blessing this little girl has turned out to be! We had no idea just how much love, laughter, and personality she would bring into our lives!
Fast forward one year, and Rubble has officially taken over the office! From supervising daily operations and making surprise appearances on Zoom calls to claiming desks, keyboards, and anything remotely comfortable as her own, her days are filled with investigating everything, spontaneous zoomies, demanding attention, and taking well-deserved naps. She's got quite the personality, and we wouldn't change a thing. ❤️🐾
Beyond all the mischief, Rubble has brought something truly special into our lives. She reminds us that sometimes the smallest additions leave the biggest paw prints on our hearts. We absolutely adore this sweet and spicy kitty and cannot imagine our JUNKPRO family without her.
As we celebrate her first year, we also want to recognize the wonderful people who helped give Rubble her second chance.
💚 A heartfelt thank you to Paw Prints Pet Supply in Valley Center for helping us navigate those first days, guiding us toward the right formula, bedding, litter box, and everything our tiny girl needed to get started.
💚 To Valley Center Veterinary Clinic, thank you for seeing Rubble during those first days and making time for her whenever she needed you. Your wonderful doctor and staff made sure she received the medical care she needed to grow into the happy, healthy kitty she is today.
💚 And, of course, a special thank you to our teammate Aydin, whose quick thinking and compassion saved her life that day. Without him, Rubble's story could have ended very differently.
What started as a little kitten's rescue has become a beautiful reminder of God's goodness and how much joy one little life can bring.
